<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens drive device, an autofocus camera and a mobile terminal with a camera that prevent deformation of a power supplying terminal, include a small number of components, and are easy to assemble. <P>SOLUTION: A lens drive device 1 moves a lens supporting body 5 back and forth in the optical axis direction of the lens under electromagnetic force generated between a coil 19 and a magnet 13 facing the coil 19 by energization from a rear side spring 11 to the coil 19. A base 8 is made of insulation material and includes metal surface sections 33, 35 on its outer periphery surface. The rear side spring 11 and the metal surface sections 33, 35 are connected by adhesive 23, and the metal surface sections 33, 35 are made to be power supplying terminals.
