<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating head for a bending machine, for which it is unnecessary to change a specification of a shape-following mechanism which makes the surface of a high-frequency heating coil follow the shape of a bent metal plate even if the structure of the heating head is varied according to the specification thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The heating head of the bending machine for bending a metal plate 101 by high-frequency induction heating includes a high-frequency heating coil 1 for induction-heating the surface of the metal plate 101, at least three distance sensors 3, 4, and 5 disposed at the circumference of the high-frequency heating coil 1, and a control means for controlling the inclination of the heating head based on the measurement results of the distance sensors 3, 4, and 5. The control means maintains the surface of the high-frequency heating coil 1 and the surface of the metal plate 101 in parallel to each other based on the measurement results DI(3), DI(4), and DI(5) obtained from the respective distance sensors 3, 4, and 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
