<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic apparatus capable of sufficiently removing the contamination in a skin surface. <P>SOLUTION: In the cosmetic apparatus, the contamination in the skin surface is removed by rubbing the skin surface by a supersonically vibrating vibration plate.
