<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise support device by which a plurality of users can easily perform exercise operation in conformity with the timing of manual exercise operation; to provide an exercise support method; and to provide a program. <P>SOLUTION: A detection value of the acceleration of each user is acquired from a detector which is attached to a body region of each of the plurality of users. When the user is in an operation state in an operation zone (between static points) in the manual exercise operation on the basis of each detected value of the user, one point is imparted to the user as an evaluation value. Furthermore, when the user is in a static state in a static point in the manual exercise operation, one point is added to the evaluation value. An average value of the evaluation values is acquired, and there is performed adjustment for: increasing the operation speed of the manual exercise operation when the average vale is high; and decreasing the operation speed of the manual exercise operation when the average value is low. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
