<p>A control apparatus (10) is provided with: a position detection unit (108) for detecting the position of a mover of a linear motor (20) on the basis of changes in the output signal from a magnetic sensor (27); a position control unit (102) for calculating a speed command value on the basis of the position of the mover detected by the position detection unit (108), and an external-input position command value; an estimation unit (150) for estimating the speed by which the mover moves, from the values of currents flowing through a plurality of coils of the linear motor (20); a speed control unit (104) for calculating a current command value on the basis of the speed command value and the estimated moving speed; and a power converter (106) for supplying power to the plurality of coils in accordance with the current command value.</p> |
