The present invention pertains to a power generating system for a bicycle, which includes: wheels (10); a cylindrical section (20) formed in the shape of a cylinder with respect to a shaft (12) of the wheels (10); a disc plate part (30) apart from any one side of a top surface and a bottom surface of the cylindrical section (20); a plurality of coil magnet parts (40) disposed at the cylindrical section (20) at a predetermined distance with respect to the shaft (12) in parallel to the shaft (12); and permanent magnet parts (50) disposed to the disc plate part (30) at positions corresponding to the coil magnet parts (40) such that N-polarities and S-polarities are disposed in sequence.
