PURPOSE: A slidable blade and a cutter comprising the blade are provided to shorten a preparing time for a following work and to enhance productivity since if external force applied to a handle is removed, other blade which made previously movement is elastically returned. CONSTITUTION: A slidable blade comprises lower and upper blades(42,44). A target(2) is inserted into the insertion hole of the lower blade. The sharp edge of the upper blade is formed toward the insertion hole. If external force is applied, the upper blade moves forth and cuts the target which is supported in the insertion hole.
