An organic electroluminescence display device is provided to prevent a malfunction of circuit due to an interference of a circuit unit and a second electrode. In an organic electroluminescence display device, a driver IC is formed at one side of a first substrate(112). A ground contact pad unit(160) connected to the driver IC is formed at the same side with the driver IC. An organic light emitting layer includes a second electrode(120), to which a common electrode is applied through the ground contact pad unit(160). A circuit unit is formed at both sides of the organic light emitting layer. A second substrate is connected with the first substrate(112) by a sealant. Wherein, the ground contact pad unit(160) comprises a ground wire(139) and a contact hole which exposes a portion of the ground wire(139).
