PURPOSE: A petridish used in culturing microorganism is provided to fix and close a cover and support and to prevent contamination. CONSTITUTION: A petridish comprises a cover and a support with a structure which is capable of coupling. The cover has three or more coupling protrusions(1) and same number of grooves(2). The coupling protrusion is coupled to the inside of the cover and thin part of a fixation protrusion by rotation in a counter clock-wise direction.
