PURPOSE: A vehicle application program providing system is provided to reduce or increase the weight of a steering wheel according to the speed of a vehicle by controlling steering sensitivity of the vehicle using a steering sensitivity change application program. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle application program is registered in a registration server(10). A communication device(20) receives the vehicle application program through the registration server and certifies the received application program. The certified application program is installed in a memory of a vehicle controller. The vehicle controller(30) controls a control target apparatus of a vehicle using the application program installed in the memory.
