<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the density unevenness of a toner image due to the resonance phenomenon of a magnet shaft part used for developing. <P>SOLUTION: A developing device 20 of the present invention comprises: a cylindrical sleeve 41 for holding a developer on the surface; a magnet roll shaft 31 which exists along the axis line inside the sleeve 41 and attracts the developer by magnetic force; second bearings 24 which are disposed along the axis line of the sleeve 41 by separating at a predetermined distance and support the sleeve 41 so that the sleeve 41 rotates around the magnet roll shaft 31; and a gear 47 which is connected to the sleeve 41 and transmits drive force from a drive source to the sleeve 41 at a frequency different from the natural frequency of the magnet roll shaft 31 specified based on a predetermined distance between the second bearings 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
