<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cryostat made of FRP capable of suppressing occurrence of vacuum leakage in a attachment part of a metal member. <P>SOLUTION: The cryostat made of FRP is attached by inserting a metal member to a through hole formed in the wall part of a container made of FRP for housing a refrigerant. The metal member comprises: a tube part having a smaller diameter than that of the through hole, and inserted as above-mentioned with a space into the through hole; and a flange part provided at the tube part and having a larger diameter than that of the through hole; a adhesion layer between the FRP and the metal for bonding between the flange part and the wall part, and provided on counter surfaces of the flange part and the wall part; and a pressing mechanism for pressing the flange part to the wall part in a direction perpendicular to the counter surfaces. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
