PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device requiring multiple reference potentials and reduce power consumption of the semiconductor device.

SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises a potential division circuit for dividing the resistance of the potential supplied to a power source line by a plurality of resistors connected in series to the power source line and outputting the desired divided potentials via switching transistors electrically connected to the power source line. A drain terminal of the switching transistor is electrically connected to a gate terminal (or one terminal of a capacitor) of a transistor provided for a circuit on the output side, so that a node is formed.
