PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate investigations into a fire cause and an activation cause of a fire-extinguishing equipment.

SOLUTION: One embodiment of an information acquisition system 100 includes fire-extinguishing equipment having a fire sensor 10 for emitting a fire detection signal upon sensing a fire, a camera 20 for continuously imaging at least a part of a zone where fire sensing is done, a recording medium 30 for holding the image information from the camera, a wireless transmitter 40 for sending the image information which the recording medium holds at the time of an emission of a fire detection signal, a communication network 60 for transmitting the sent image information, a wireless receiver 70 for receiving the image information, and an image recorder 80 for recording the image information received by the wireless receiver. With a fire detection signal as a trigger, the image information during a period of time including the latest time point is sent to be recorded.
