<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propylene based polymer composition or the like which has excellent flexibility, transparency, heat resistance, and blocking resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The propylene based polymer composition (X) comprises: a specified propylene-α-olefin copolymer (A) of 99 to 50 pts.wt.; a specified isotactic propylene polymer (B) of 1 to 50 pts.wt.
