<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension board with a circuit for a hard disk drive, which shows a small change in PSA (attitude angle) relative to a change in humidity and can support a slider including a magnetic head in a stable and highly precise manner. <P>SOLUTION: A suspension board with a circuit for a hard disk drive includes a base material 2 made of metal, an undercoat insulating layer 3 provided on the basic material 2 made of metal, a conductive layer 4 provided on the undercoat insulating layer 3, and a cover insulating layer 5 provided so as to cover the conductive layer 4. The tensile storage elastic modulus at 25°C of at least one of the undercoat insulating layer 3 and the cover insulating layer 5 is set to 0.1-1.0 GPa. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
