The present invention relates to a bicycle parking rack, and more specifically, to a novel bicycle parking rack which can be used for advertisements and in which the number of bicycles capable of being parked per unit area can be increased, a bicycle can be quickly inserted or withdrawn and the installation costs thereof are low. According to the present invention, the bicycle parking rack comprises: a parking frame in which a bicycle parking rack is rotatably mounted horizontally on the ground; a cover for covering an area, except an inserting/withdrawing portion, provided at an outer surface of the parking frame; and an advertisement means provided at the cover. According to the present invention, it is possible to park a plurality of bicycles in a narrow space and to utilize an outer wall as an advertisement means, and thus the bicycle parking rack can enhance the appearance of a city. |
