This medical instrument with attached needle is provided with a needle shaft (2) having a needle tip (2a) capable of piercing a living body and a needle hub (5) for immobilizing and holding the middle of the needle shaft (2) by high frequency welding so that the needle tip (2a) protrudes from one end and the base end (2b) of the needle shaft (2) protrudes from the other end. It also has a seal part (8) configured of an elastic component and provided on the outer circumference of the base end (2b) of the needle shaft (2) so as to be fluid-tight, and a liquid-accommodating part (9) having a liquid chamber capable of accommodating a liquid therein. With the base end (2b) of the needle shaft (2) communicating with the liquid chamber, the seal part (8) is compressed and clamped by the needle hub (5) and the liquid-accommodating part (9).
