<p>A method for investigating the audience rating, terminal and system thereof are provided, and the method for investigating the audience rating includes: a digital TV receiving terminal starts a server monitoring program and a client controlling program; when receiving the connection establishing request message transmitted by the front-end server, said server monitoring program calls said client controlling program to establish the connection with said front-end server; after establishing the connection with said front-end server, if receiving a command message transmitted by said front-end server for requesting the upload of the audience rating information, said server monitoring program calls said client controlling program, and according to the command message, uploads the non-uploaded audience rating information saved locally to the target file server corresponding to said command message via the transmission control protocol. The solution of the present invention can make the investigation of the audience rating more pertinence, avoid effectively the network congestion due to the uploading of large-scale data packets at the same time, and improve the veracity of obtaining the audience rating information.</p> |
