<p>An 180° angle valve with internal closure and manual actuation comprises a main body formed by a valve with a single cast receiving body which projects internally, forming a communicating chamber with an outlet positioned at an angle of 45° relative to the centre, and with an inlet aligned with the centre, to which body a seat is externally coupled and attached to a 45° adapter positioned opposite the outlet, while internally the chamber has a chromium closing and grinding counter-seat attached to a longitudinal grinding shaft sliding through a connecting hole that is arranged at the other end of the outlet and has a diameter that abruptly increases on the outside, forming a socket accepting a square rubber ring, above which is located packing pressed into a box coupled to the collar of the receiving body, attached by screws and located inside a castle; the castle has on its outside a numerical scale and a pointer, below which there is an inspection port aligned with a retainer arranged inside the castle. The side of the retainer opposite the valve has a bushing accepting the longitudinal grinding control shaft, which is attached to an actuation handle formed by transmission rods arranged equidistantly at 120° from each other, including at the top a protection nut, and the actuation handle is locked by a locking nut, while the longitudinal grinding control shaft arranged at the end opposite the counter-seat has a control wheel.</p> |
