<p>An electric cleaner that can effectively remove electricity from a dust collection chamber is provided. The electric cleaner (1) is provided with an electric blower (110), an intake pathway (200), a dust collection chamber (120), and an ion-generating unit (140). The dust collection chamber (120) is disposed along the intake pathway (200), and whirls the intaken air, separating the dust. The ion-generating unit (140) has an introduction path (142) and an ion generator (141) that generates ions. The introduction path (142) diverts intaken air containing generated ions to the dust collection chamber (120). Also, an inflow port (125) and an introduction port (121) are formed at the dust collection chamber (120). The inflow port (125) causes intaken air flowing through the intake pathway (200) to flow into the dust collection chamber (120). The introduction port (121) is disposed below the inflow port (125) and causes ion-containing intaken air flowing through the introduction path (142) to be introduced to the dust collection chamber (120).</p> |
