<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-way selector valve that has high operability and gives all combinations of opening and closing according to a rotation angle in one round of the valve element. <P>SOLUTION: A common rotary valve element 15 having four communication holes rotates when driven by a drive motor 21. The fluid that flows into the valve chamber 10 from a fluid inlet 11 flows through the communication holes 25, 26 of the common rotary valve element 15 to the fluid outlets 12, 13 whose locations agree with the locations of the communication holes. Since every combination where the locations of the communication holes 25, 26 agree with the locations of the fluid outlets 12, 13 of the valve chamber 10 to give an open state, appears once in one or half round of the common rotary valve element 15, the flow of a liquid is switched through an open communication hole and a fluid outlet in one selected combination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
