摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a windmill which is light weight and yet secures high strength, thereby having improved power generation efficiency, and stably supplies electric power as a result. <P>SOLUTION: The windmill 1 includes: a rotary shaft 4 that is connected to a generator unit 10 having a generator; a hub part 6 that is mounted around the shaft of the rotary shaft 4; rims 7 that are connected to the hub part 6 with a connecting member and provided in a pair in the axial direction X of the rotary shaft 4; and wind receiving parts 9 spanned between connecting members adjacent in the axial direction X of the rotary shaft 4. The connecting members are formed of spokes 8, 8A that are radially arranged from the hub part 6 over the rims 7. Consequently, against drag generated by having a load of constituent members or by receiving wind F, tension of the radially arranged spokes 8, 8A acts and makes them dispersed.
