<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxidizable sheet capable of obtaining uniform characteristics without uneven distribution of components contained in an oxidizable sheet material, enhancing the efficiency in the oxidation reaction, and retaining the sufficient flexibility after the oxidization reaction is finished. <P>SOLUTION: The oxidizable sheet includes electrolyte as an oxidization auxiliary agent in an intermediate sheet of the oxidizable sheet 2. In the intermediate sheet, the oxidizable sheet material 21 including oxidizable metal and fibrous substance but without including electrolyte as the oxidization auxiliary agent and a base material sheet 22 are joined to each other and integrated with each other.
