<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for preventing spilt food, a tool that is light and easily portable and that is attachable to a household dish when, for example, an infant, an elderly person, or a person who requires nursing care eats a meal. <P>SOLUTION: In the tool for preventing spilt food, it is made of an expandable rubber material in the entirety and it is formed of a wall part surrounding the outer circumference in the upper edge of a dish and a wall part projecting toward a space inside the dish for the purpose of preventing spilt food.
