Provided are a device for specifying the person to whom advertisement is to be distributed, an advertisement distribution device, a method for specifying the person to whom advertisement is to be distributed, an advertisement distribution method, a program, and a recording medium, wherein it is possible to improve advertising effectiveness by specifying the person to whom advertisement is to be distributed. A device for specifying the person to whom advertisement is to be distributed, the device being characterized by having: an image acquiring means for acquiring an image of the people within or outside the area in which advertisement is visible; a projected movement path calculating means for calculating the projected movement path of the aforementioned people from the aforementioned image; a score calculating means for calculating a score from the relationship between the aforementioned area in which advertisement is visible and the calculated projected movement path; and a means for specifying the person to whom advertisement is to be distributed from the calculated score.
