The system for vehicle management of the present invention comprises: a driving management unit storing the location and driving information received from a vehicle; a reservation management unit transmitting the reservation request received from a terminal to available vehicle terminals among the vehicles near a vehicle usage area; an allocation management unit allocating a vehicle to a user according to the vehicle selection signal received from the terminal and transmitting reservation information to the terminal; a control unit transmitting user authentication information to the vehicle terminal corresponding to the vehicle selection signal when a vehicle reservation is completed; a return processing unit transmitting the return approval signal to the terminal when a vehicle requested from a vehicle terminal and to be returned is at a predetermined location; a calculation unit calculating the usage charge; a diagnosis unit diagnosing the vehicle when the vehicle is at the predetermined location; and an authentication unit determining if the user is the rightful user by using the user identification information received from the vehicle terminal and then transmitting the result to the vehicle terminal.
