摘要 <p>Disclosed is a flux-free method of surface brazing two aluminum alloy members using a single-layer brazing sheet. While maintaining the brazing temperature at 570C or greater in an inert gas atmosphere and while applying a surface pressure of at least 0.6 gf/mm2, the aluminum alloy members, which have a solidus temperature of 570C or greater, are brazed flux-free in a state in which a single-layer brazing sheet 15-200µm thick comprising a brazing material (having a component composition of 3-12 mass% Si, 0.1-5.0 mass% Mg, and the remaining portion consisting of Al and unavoidable impurities) is positioned between and in surface contact with the aluminum alloy members.</p>
