<p>Provided is an AD conversion circuit, which has first wiring having a first potential, second wiring having a second potential, and a plurality of AD conversion sections (40) connected between the first wiring and the second wiring. Each of the AD conversion sections (40) has: a constant current source (16), which outputs a reference current (Iref); a current distribution circuit (17), which has an analog signal (Vin) and the reference current (Iref) inputted thereto, outputs a first current (Ig) corresponding to the analog signal (Vin), and outputs a second current (Iin) corresponding to the difference between the reference current (Iref) and the first current (Ig); and a plurality of delay elements (AND1, DU1), which have pulse signals inputted thereto, and delay transmission of the pulse signals corresponding to the first current (Ig) or the second current (Iin), said delay elements (AND1, DU1) being connected to each other. Since currents flowing in the power supply and GND can be made constant, fluctuation of the GND due to operations of the AD conversion sections (40) is reduced, and fluctuation of an output value can be eliminated.</p> |
