The device (10) has a footrest (30) supporting foot of a motor cyclist and comprising two skid-proof profiles (38) at respective sides (36). The footrest is axially and rotationally fixed at a supporting part (20) with respect to a longitudinal axis (A) through a locking mechanism i.e. screw-clamp connector. The foot rest is rotated at angle of 180 degrees around the longitudinal axis in multiple rotational positions such that one of the two profiles is selectively overhead. The supporting part comprises an attachment element (22) for fastening at a frame of a motor cycle.
