<p>Provided is a slider for slide fasteners for which, despite having an automatic stopping mechanism and the pull being retrofittable, production cost can be reduced and the slider made smaller by a reduction in the number of parts. The slider is provided with a body (20) to which a pull (40) can be attached and a stopping hook piece (30), which holds the pull (40). The stopping hook piece (30) is configured from a single plate-shaped spring and has an upper surface (31), a clamped part (32) provided on one end of the upper surface (31), a turnback part (33) extending from the other end of the upper surface (31) in a substantially U-shape, and a stopping hook (36) extending from the end of the turnback part (33). The stopping hook (36) can be inserted through a hook hole (27) in the upper plate (21) and inserted into the element guiding path (24c). The body (20) has a first post (25) that protrudes above the upper plate (21) and holds the clamped part (32) of the stopping hook piece (30); and a second post (26) that protrudes above the upper plate (21), and when pushing in a pull (40) from above, forms a space (S1) with the turnback part (33) so that the pull (40) can be inserted, but under normal circumstances, the space (S1) with the turnback part (33) disappears.</p> |
