PURPOSE: A camera module and an auto focusing method are provided to measure the distance from a subject in real time and move a lens barrel to the focal point according to the distance from the subject. CONSTITUTION: An actuator(40) moves a lens barrel(30) up and down in an optical axis. A case(10) houses the lens barrel and the actuator. A distance measuring sensor(100) measures the distance from a subject. An actuator driving unit(110) locates the lens barrel at the focal point by driving the actuator according to the distance information of the distance measuring sensor. |
