PURPOSE: A device control method and computer readable storage medium are provided to create control information based on outdoor environment and user information. CONSTITUTION: A processor detects outdoor environment information from information received by a first network interface unit. The processor selects one or more devices by analyzing the outdoor environment information(S301). When one or more devices are selected, the processor creates information for controlling the selected device(S302). The processor controls the device through a second network interface unit by using control information.
