<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow accretion prevention panel capable of efficiently preventing snow accretion. <P>SOLUTION: A front plate and a back plate are provided, and a heat storage material is provided between the back plate and the front plate. An infrared ray absorbing layer is formed on the front surface of the front plate, and the outer surface on the front surface side of the infrared ray absorbing layer is made a hydrophilic surface. The temperature of the front plate rises by absorbing infrared rays from the sun on the front surface side of the front plate, and the heat from the front plate is transmitted to the heat storage material and stored. Snow accretion to the front plate is suppressed by the temperature elevation with the heat storage material storing the heat. Also, since the outer surface on the front surface side of the infrared ray absorbing layer is a hydrophilic surface, a water film is generated on the hydrophilic surface to make the surface slippery and snow accretion to the front plate is suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
