<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a lens sheet, capable of accurately making the end side of a punched sheet-like lens sheet and lens elements parallel with each other even if the end side of a lens sheet raw material and lens elements are not parallel each other. <P>SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a lens sheet, a belt-shaped lens sheet raw material 20 in which a large number of linear lens elements 3 are arranged and formed in parallel with each other on the sheet surface is punched by a punching-out blade 26 of a rectangular frame shape consisting of a cutting direction blade 26A and another cutting direction blade 26B to manufacture sheet-like lens sheets 1. A manufacturing device 22 of the lens sheets 1 comprises: conveying means for conveying the lens sheet raw material 20 and temporarily stopping conveying when punching the lens sheet raw material 20; edge line detection means 24 for detecting the edge line of lens elements 3 formed on the lens sheet raw material 20; determination means for determining whether or not the detected edge line and a cutting direction blade 26A are in parallel with each other; conveying direction modification means 28 for, when it is determined in the determination step that the detected edge line and the cutting direction blade 26A are not in parallel with each other, controlling the conveying direction of the lens sheet raw material 20 so that the detected edge line and the cutting direction blade 26A become parallel with each other; and punching-out means 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
