<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cut-off member for fitting a panel to a roof, capable of reliably cutting off water with a simple structure at surround of a bolt; and to provide a method for fitting a panel to a roof. <P>SOLUTION: An annular resin sheet is arranged on an outer peripheral surface of an annular unvulcanized synthetic rubber adhesive material for insertion of a bolt. When the synthetic rubber adhesive material is compressed in an axial direction, at least a part of the resin sheet is ruptured by a pressing force extending in the redial direction of the synthetic rubber adhesive material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
