<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cleaning a gas barrier film, leaving extremely little foreign substances remaining on a film surface and giving no damage to the surface of a gas barrier film, and to provide a packaging material which is extremely clean and has high durability, and an organic electronic device such as an organic photo-electric conversion element and an organic EL element using a gas barrier film produced by the above method. <P>SOLUTION: The method for cleaning a gas barrier film includes at least one dry cleaning step using UV light before a wet cleaning step of the gas barrier film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
