<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered film suitable as a mold releasing film that can suppress the transition of oligomer contained in a polyester film, to a silicone resin layer. <P>SOLUTION: The multilayered film includes the silicone resin layer laminated on at least one side of the polyester film through a dipentaerythritol alkyl acrylate cured layer. A method for manufacturing the multilayered film includes applying dipentaerythritol alkyl acrylate to at least one side of the polyester film, curing it with active energy beams to form a dipentaerythritol alkyl acrylate layer, then applying silicone resin on the dipentaerythritol alkyl acrylate layer, and curing it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
