<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural product-based Maillard reaction inhibitor having a superior Maillard reaction inhibiting action, easily obtainable, inexpensive, and safe, and to provide an aging improving agent containing the Maillard reaction inhibitor. <P>SOLUTION: The invention relates to: the Maillard reaction inhibitor containing at least one selected from an extract of Malva sylvestris, an extract of Centella asiatica, a hydrolysate of a royal jelly protein, and Morinda citrifolia juice; and the aging improving agent containing the Maillard reaction inhibitor as an active ingredient. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
