<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap alignment device allowing easy setting and taking-out operations of alignment plates, capable of preventing erroneous alignment of caps, so as to reduce the number of caps to be fed and effectively align the caps in a shorter time on a plurality of alignment plates having a same pitch as storage plates. <P>SOLUTION: A cap alignment device 100 aligns and houses caps C for microtubes MT on an alignment plate P. The cap alignment device 100 comprises: a vibration box 120 having an alignment plate attachment part 123 capable of holding a plurality of alignment plates P thereon and a cap retention part 124 at which to-be-aligned caps C remains, provided in a manner allowing oscillation to a substrate 110; and a plate fixation mechanism 130 that exposes an upper part of an housing opening K and presses a periphery from above so as to fix the alignment plates P on a loading surface 121. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
