<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circular knitted fabric having excellent anti-transparency suitable for the use of clothes such as thin and white shirt and underwear. <P>SOLUTION: A circular knitted fabric has a thickness of 0.5-1.0 mm and a whiteness of 120-160 and comprises two layers, in which a front side layer containing knit stitches and a reverse side layer containing tuck stitches are continuously contained.
