The polyamide resin composition comprising a polyamide resin (A), a fibrous clay mineral (B), a fibrous reinforcing material (C) and a non-fibrous clay mineral (D) as constituent components is characterized in that the blending proportions, in mass ratio, of (A), (B), (C) and (D) satisfy the equations (I), (II) and (III) simultaneously and the content of (D) is 0.1-10 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polyamide resin composition obtained.
