<p>In a first test step performed after a dielectric liquid is filled in an electric compressor, the coil of the motor is immersed in the dielectric liquid, and a predetermined voltage is applied to the coil, a tested product, the current value (I1) of which, after a first predetermined time (T1) has elapsed, is a first criterion current value or less, is determined as an acceptable product. In a second test step, among tested products, the current values (I1) of which have exceeded the first criterion current value in the first test step, a tested product, the current value (I2) of which, after a second predetermined time (T2) longer than the first predetermined time has elapsed, is a second criterion current value or less, is determined as an acceptable product; a tested product, the current value (I2) of which exceeds the second criterion current value, is determined as an unacceptable product. The first criterion current value is an estimated criterion current value in the first test step, by which the tested products that should be determined as unacceptable products in the second test step are determined as unacceptable products but some of the tested products that should be determined as acceptable products in the second test step are allowed to be determined as unacceptable products.</p> |
