PURPOSE: A stereoscopic image display device is provided to easily convert a 2D image mode or a 3D image mode by changing a refractive index of a fluid lens layer. CONSTITUTION: A stereoscopic image display device includes a first transparent substrate, a second transparent substrate(220), and a refractive index changing layer(230). The first transparent substrate is formed on a display unit and includes a lens side. The second transparent substrate faces the lens side. The refractive index changing layer is located between the first transparent substrate and the second transparent substrate and selectively changes a refractive index according to an external environment change. Light passing through the lens side selectively progresses or is refracted according to the change of the refractive index.
