<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fungicidal composition having little irritation to worker's fingers, suppressing metal corrosion, keeping its concentration for long hours even in the case of low ethanol concentration, and maintaining sufficient bactericidal effect, when being used in a food production environment. <P>SOLUTION: This liquid fungicidal composition contains one or more kinds of components selected from a group comprising ethanol, lactic acid, sodium lactate, glycerol fatty acid ester, glycerol, diglycerol, polyglycerol, propylene glycol, sorbitol and maltitol, wherein the ethanol concentration is 15-55 wt.%, pH of the composition is 3.0-5.0, and the acidity of the composition is 0.03-0.5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
