PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for mirroring data between a plurality of sites.

SOLUTION: A record is kept in a first site among a plurality of sites. The record identifies which change added to one or more data blocks stored in the first site has reexecution information duplicated to and associated with another site among a plurality of sites. A priority value associated with a transaction to be executed in the first site is determined. The transaction specifies correction to the data blocks. When the priority value shows that the transaction should not be eliminated in the case that the first site can not operate, the transaction is decided only after the record shows that all of the other changes which update the data blocks in the first site have those corresponding reexecution information subjected to other site duplication among the plurality of sites.
