PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst layer-electrolyte membrane laminate with a protective sheet capable of preventing the catalyst layer from being chipped-off or damaged during transportation.

SOLUTION: The catalyst layer-electrolyte membrane laminate with the protective sheet includes an electrolyte membrane 2, a catalyst layer-electrolyte membrane laminate 10 having a catalyst layer 3 formed on both sides of the electrolyte membrane 2, and a protective sheet 4 adhering to the catalyst layer 3 in a state of covering the catalyst layer 3.
