<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk drive which allows stable recording/reproducing in addition to shortening of recording/reproducing start-up time, in the case of recording/reproducing of an information recording medium having multiple information recording surfaces. <P>SOLUTION: For a relevant layer, necessity of adjustment for the spherical aberration correction of the relevant layer is determined based on the (known) spherical aberration correction of the previous layer and the (known) spherical aberration correction of the next layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
