<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a climbing plant repellent structure capable of preventing water penetrating between a climbing plant repellent sheet 13 and a support 11 from being stored. <P>SOLUTION: The climbing plant repellent structure includes a drain material 12 made of a rough structure with integrated monofilaments 1, the climbing plant repellent sheet 13 with a climbing plant repellent agent, and a tying band 3 which are layered one after another on the outer surface of the support 11 which is a construction, etc. The drain material 12 and the climbing plant repellent sheet 13 are attached with pressure to the outer surface of the support 11 by the tying band 3. Rain water penetrating between the climbing plant repellent sheet 13 and the support 11 is drained downward through the drain material 12. The drain material 12 has a number of fused parts 2 formed of the monofilaments 1 intersecting one another. When the number of polymerized monofilaments 1 in each fused part 2 is 2-5 and the number of the fused parts in the direction of thickness of the rough structure is 1-2, the rough structure is hard to be crushed and the initial space can be retained, and as a result, the draining capability is hardly impaired. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
