<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll control system for a vehicle that reduces a load to a roll restraint device and secures responsiveness. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes: a first roll restraint device for generating anti-roll moment Mst which restrains roll of the vehicle; and a second roll restraint device for generating anti-roll moment Msp and having responsiveness lower than the first roll restraint device.
